Recycle Hat is a Headgear in Bloodstained: Ritual of The Night. Recycle Hat is not a Craftable Item. Headgear is used to protect the wearer from taking damage and reducing damage from Enemies and Bosses. Different headgear pieces have different defense values and are, therefore more or less effective.
