- Exit the boss room and take the elevator down 1 level.
Alfred will start the fight by throwing a poison urn at you. Hold right as the cutscene ends to preemptively avoid it. Most of Alfred attacks consist of elemental urns or spells. The major annoyances of this fight are Alfred's quick speed and the curved environment. If players get too close to him he will use an fire or ice urn. They deal damage as long as the player is in their range so avoid getting hit and jump over the affected area. Alfred's ice spell will summon 4 large ice chunks to fall on the player. Quickly jump over Alfred to avoid this attack. Be sure to avoid Alfred's purple spell as this will curse you limiting your HP & MP pools to 50%. Alfred's last stand will include him summoning his time spell which summons 3 time orbs that slows you down if you are in their field. My set up for Alfred involve Toxic Storm that calls a green tornado that will poison him. This will deal damage over time and allows you to react to Alfred's attack without forcing yourself to attack needlessly. I recommend using the Resist Poison Shard or bring several Mithridate to remove poison. The technique sickle moon is also extremely effective.
